Teaching since Fall 2001 – 3rd year in 2nd grade

I made a simple division game for my 2nd graders. Students draw a card and divide that number by 5. The remainder is the number of places they move forward. They repeat the procedure using the number on the space,  till they reach the winner box. There is a work space for the students to use manipulatives to figure out the problem.

I’ve shared the board, work space, and cards on google docs.
